Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains how refunds work for Collab Skool subscriptions, services, and collaboration payments.

Overview

Refund eligibility depends on the type of service purchased and whether work has started. If a refund is required by law, we will honor it.

App Store Purchases

Purchases made through the Apple App Store or Google Play are governed by their refund policies. Please request refunds directly through those platforms.

Subscriptions

You can cancel a subscription at any time. Access continues until the end of your billing period unless otherwise stated. We do not provide prorated refunds for unused time unless required by law.

One-Time Services and Campaigns

If a one-time service or campaign has not started, you may be eligible for a full refund. If work has started or deliverables have been shared, refunds may be partial or not available.

Digital Deliverables and Shoutouts

Completed digital deliverables and personalized shoutouts are not refundable once delivered, unless there is a clear defect or error.

Email Team@collabskool.com with your order details, account email, and reason for the request. We aim to respond promptly and will confirm next steps.

Chargebacks

If you believe a charge is unauthorized, contact us before filing a chargeback so we can investigate and resolve the issue quickly.
