Collab Skool provides tools that help creators, brands, and videographers discover each other and collaborate. We are not a party to agreements between users and are not responsible for the performance of those agreements.
You keep ownership of content you post. By posting, you grant Collab Skool a non-exclusive license to host, display, and distribute your content as needed to operate the platform.
Fees, taxes, and payment terms may apply to certain services or collaborations. You agree to provide accurate billing details and authorize charges when purchasing paid services.
You agree not to misuse the platform, including by posting unlawful content, infringing intellectual property, harassing others, or attempting to access systems without authorization.
Collab Skool and its branding, software, and designs are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy or reuse our materials without permission.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or pose risks to the community. You may stop using the platform at any time.
The platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or specific outcomes from collaborations.
To the extent permitted by law, Collab Skool is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for losses related to third-party collaborations.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Collab Skool is incorporated, without regard to conflict of law principles.
